Sales Framework

The Sales Framework program focuses on five all day, in person meetings over the course of your fiscal year. Once completed in the first year, you can continue to have Annual Planning and Quarterly meetings for as long as you need to.  We have the ability to work with you over the course of a single year, but sometimes we work with clients for several years, helping them to create the right plans to address challenges as they scale and grow.

Our servant-leader approach means that RMSA guides you to curate the strategy, process, tools, people, and resources you need. The training is conducted in person by an experienced VP of Sales who will not only teach, but will coach and consult to ensure that the learning process can be fully integrated into future sales management efforts.
